Admission requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years of age, must submit an application, resume, personal statement, two letters of reference, most recent transcripts and small passport size photo. All students for whom English is a second language must demonstrate competency in English.

General Information: Cambridge School of Culinary Arts has been offering career training in culinary arts for 30 years. Classes are offered days, evenings, and weekends. New! A Professional Pastry Program has been added which offers each student a solid foundation of international influences on the pastry arts with a unique combination of savory cooking included. Students will learn how to incorporate their pastry expertise with savory components of the food industry, thus making them more marketable. Recreational workshops are also offered in baking, couple's cooking classes, international cuisines, bread making, cake decorating, chocolates and more.
